Corporate Incomes - Mercenary outfit

Finally finished my second PA faction this time a Mercenary outfit going by the company name Corporate Incomes. There are several mercenary groups operating out of New Denver, some with more morals than others, working as security or muscle for the corporations or free lancing as hired guns to the Badlands communities.

Corporate Incomes is a small but highly professional outfit consisting of just six personal. Corporate incomes specialize in hostage rescue and retrieval of valuable items topping up their income with running protection details on corporation wasteland convoys.

Here we see the outfit dressed for wasteland operations. As well as the three members introduced here http://jonswargames.blogspot.co.uk/2012/01/corporate-incomes.html
I've added at the top Big Joe the outfits captain. Joe is a hard bitten ageing veteran whose seen it all and also loves firearms including his rocket launcher "Betty".Next is John Mambo the youngest and most reckless member of the group who likes to collect, watch and model himself on old 20th century action movies from before the final days. Last up we have Lucy Pavlichenko the unit sniper and crack shot.

Also there are a few shots of one of the outfits wasteland cruiser vehicles used in convoy protection, scouting and retrieval missions.

Meet the Family......

Finally got the mutant boss for my mutant tribe (Guy in the bottom pictures) Finished. So I thought I'd take some pictures of the whole tribe together. As I'm planning to use 1st edition 40K rules the tribe breaks down as follows

* 3 big mutants (count as Ogyrns)

* 20 normal (???) mutants (counting as Orks)

* The Chop'ouse brothers (count as Ork Champions)

* The Boss (counts as an Ork major hero)

* The preacher (counts as Ork minor hero with level 1 psychic powers)

All the mutants will get the hideous appearance mutation (IE cause fear) as it seems appropriate for mutants. Weapons wise its a mix of hand weapons/knives, hafted weapons and a few shotguns (probably with a special rule for blowing up due to their poor quality)

Next up I need to finish my mercenary outfit.

Another three mutants

Another three mutants for the tribe. All three are resin miniatures from Ramshackle games. That's pretty much it for mutants for now. I'm painting up a mutant boss to lead the tribe and then I'm going to take a break from mutants to paint some other gangs/factions.

They're still a few things I'd like to add to the tribe including some mutant dogs/animals and perhaps some more women and children. When I've finished the boss I'll post up some group shots of the whole tribe.

Cheers Jon.

More Mutants

A few more mutants for the tribe. First up (top pictures) Burt and Ernie two brothers who run the Chop'ouse in Mutant town. The big guy is from Reaper the little one is from Wyrd miniatures.

Below that we have another mutant good time girl Lizzie. This one is from Ramshackle games shes quite small but good fun to paint. For size comparison I've stuck her next to my other mutant good time girl Rosie in the bottom picture.

He's big, he's bad and he's hungry

Another quick paint job. This is a mutant bear I'm figuring I'll use it as a random hazard in games. This is a resin model from Ramshackle games. It's pretty big but I thought it need a bit more to make it a mutant...so I added some wire/green stuff boney spikes along it's back.

Enforcement Droid Series 209

A few pictures of a new model for my next faction, once the mutants are finished, ED-209. This one is a liitle snap together plastic Japanese kit picked up on ebay. No idea of the scale but it looks good with 28mm I think.

More Mutants

Finished off the latest batch of mutants yesterday. From the top we have a Mongoose Judge Dread mutant, the next two are LAF miniatures and the last two are from Hasslefree. I now don't have any miniatures left for this project to paint from the first order I made but I'm already eyeing up some new ones to buy.
